Changing Property Management

Changing your management over to Gold Coast Property Management is easier than changing your bank or your phone plan.

All you need to do is complete the form below and we will look after it all from there. You don’t even need to talk to your previous managers.

Notice will need to be given to your current agency for their notice period usually it’s 30 days minimum, but you can check your management agreement to confirm.

The good news is that you can do it at any time you don’t need to wait for the lease to end. Once you’ve given notice we take care of the rest we’ll contact your tenants to let them know we are taking over, and when and where to pay the rent. We’ll also arrange collection from your current agent of all the documents and keys for your property.

It couldn’t be simpler.
