Property records reveal the couple paid $1.1 million for the property in November, 2020.
“We love this neighbourhood and we think it is perfect for families of all shapes and sizes, with the botanical gardens, hospital, shops and schools nearby,” Mr Burnz said.
“We bought the property with the thought of catering to an extended family in mind and we have done it up to ensure the layout is really flexible, with the granny flat entirely separate to the house.”

“The bedrooms are huge, there is just so much space in this home and everything is roomy and comfortable,” Mr Burnz said.
