The apartment is in the well-known Palazzo Versace at Main Beach, although come July 31 and the hotel will cease operating as Palazzo Versace.
It was revealed earlier this year that the House of Versace had decided not to renew its branding agreement.
Private residence owners at the property are said to be excited for a “refresh” as they prepare for the House of Versace fashion brand to part ways with the iconic hotel.
