THE former Gold Coast house of Nicole Bricknell — ex-wife of disgraced former Billabong tycoon — has hit the market.
Ms Bricknell, who works as a real estate agent with Cole Residential, built the five-bedroom, four-bathroom Surfers Paradise home in 2016 after her former husband Matthew Perrin was convicted of defrauding a bank of $13.5m.
She sold the sprawling mansion for $7.3 million in June, 2021.

Two years on and the new owners, Quoc Viet Hoang and Thi Tam Tran, have decided to auction the property through Amir Prestige Group.
The two-storey Cronin Island mansion is one of 39 prestige properties on the exclusive island.
It makes the most of its prestige riverfront position with spectacular views of the city skyline from almost every room.
It comes with a seemingly endless list of luxury features including a central glass atrium, billiard room, bar, entertaining terrace and butler’s pantry.

Amir Prestige agent Alex Fleri said the prestigious positioning of the property had international appeal.
