Records reveal Yourtown paid $3.76 million for the house in November 2021 before enlisting award-winning interior designer Darren Palmer to renovate the property — his design complements the original character while enhancing the modern country homestead.

“It’s a grand estate on 5680 sqm of north facing land that enjoys 85m of Tallebudgera Creek frontage,” Ms Kelly said.

“It’s really stunning and has got that wow factor.

“It’s a twist on a contemporary farmhouse.”

Mr Kelly said she had been overwhelmed with inquiry since the property launched on Monday.

“I’ve had a lot of interstate interest on this one,” she said.

“The great benefit of Gibsonville St is it’s a prestigious street in Tallebudgera Valley but you are still just 15 minutes to Burleigh.

Sometimes people think acreage life is in the middle of nowhere but it’s a beautiful semirural destination.”

The house is on a 5680 sqm property.

The property goes to auction on June 9.

According the latest Proptrack Home Price Index, national home prices continued to stabilise in April after rising for the fourth consecutive month, rising 0.14 per cent.

The cumulative increase in 2023 is now 0.75 per cent. Strong migration, tight rental markets and limited supply are offsetting the impact of rapid interest rate rises.
