53 Admiralty Drive, Paradise Waters sold for around $5 million.
A SYDNEY buyer dropped around $5 million on a Surfers Paradise property within 30 minutes of stepping inside.
The property, at 53 Admiralty Drive, Paradise Waters, sold off-market through Russell Rollington of Surfers Paradise First National Real Estate.
“We were working with him showing him homes in Paradise Waters and as soon as he walked into this home he knew it was the one,” Mr Rollington said.
“Within about 30 minutes or so an offer was submitted and we went from there.”

The property was completely transformed with Reece Keil Design enlisted with the design.
“The sellers stripped it back and left the bones of the house and did a full renovation,” Mr Rollington said.
“They tweaked the floorplan — inside they moved the kitchen and moved the master bedroom to really maximise the views and the liveability of the house.”

The end result is a jaw-dropping mix of natural materials from timber and stone to marble and pops of black.
“It has a contemporary coastal feel to it,” Mr Rollington said.
“The quality was very well done.”
It last changed hands in June, 2020 when it traded for $1.995 million.
Mr Rollington said Paradise Waters had appealed to the buyers with its proximity to leading schools, the beach, and entertainment precincts in Main Beach and Surfers Paradise.

Direct Broadwater access for boating was also a big drawcard.
“Stock levels are very tight — there are currently only seven houses for sale in Paradise Waters,” Mr Rollington said.
“We have a qualified buyer waiting list with many local and interstate Sydney and Melbourne buyers looking to relocate up for the great family and lifestyle benefits.
“Interstate buyers see value for money — the equivalent suburbs of Point Piper in Sydney and
Toorak in Melbourne prices are still three to four times more.”
