FLAMBOYANT car entrepreneur Troy ‘Candy’ Williams and his partner Anita Cassin have listed their luxury waterfront home on the Gold Coast with a $3 million price tag.

The high-profile couple snapped up the then-new five-bedroom, four-bathroom house for $1.64m six days after it first hit the market in January 2021.

Mr Williams flaunts a flashy lifestyle and penchant for fast cars to his 230,000-plus online followers, and recently launched his latest business venture, Gee-Up, a pre-mixed alcoholic beverage.

Offers between $2.8m and $3m are sought for the Helensvale home

Mr Williams’ Helensvale house is listed with Emil Juresic, of NGU Real Estate, with price expectations of between $2.8m and $3m.

Mr Juresic said the couple were in search of a family friendly home with a backyard for their toddler son, Saint, who was born in June 2021.

“He bought it just before the boom started, and the market has grown so much since then,” Mr Juresic said.

“It was a brand new home when he bought it from me two years ago and they’ve probably spent a couple of hundred thousand on electricals and other improvements to make it more their own.

“It’s a very beautiful, low-maintenance waterfront home, but they’ve decided to sell because they have a kid now, they are moving on and buying a family home with more grass.”
