Life’s a beach at these stunning new boutique Gold Coast residences, which deliver luxury, lifestyle and proximity to the coast in equal measure.
Whether you’re an empty-nester, investor, or looking to move to sunny Queensland from further afield, there’s a lot to love about the brand-new Harmoni on Hythe residences.
Situated in the southern Gold Coast suburb of Miami, they present absolutely stunning design combined with clever lifestyle-focused inclusions and an enviable location less than 150 metres from the beach.
And they will soon be ready to move into.
Dwellings designed for luxury living
Harmoni on Hythe is a boutique collection of four villas designed and built by Gold Coast builder and developer, Highlife Homes.
At first glance, it’s obvious the townhouses have been constructed to an impeccable standard. Designed entirely in-house, James MacQueen sales agent from Highlife Homes says Harmoni on Hythe’s coastal location informed the townhouses’ aesthetic.
“In Harmoni on Hythe, we have created light, welcoming, coastal homes with warm, natural features to speak to the Miami Beach surrounding,” he says.
“The interior design is of a neutral palette to allow homeowners to put their own stamp on it, however it does include some thoughtful details to add character and coastal charm.”
These include woven pendant lighting, patterned rooftop terrace tiles, brass accents, wall cladding, plaster wall sconces, terrazzo-look tiling and considered curved elements. The team at Highlife Homes has also worked hard to maximise natural light, airflow and the ocean views.

The resulting homes are beautiful and liveable with features perfect for those looking for ready-to-move-in water access and lots of local amenities.
Every townhouse’s master suite is opulent and large and boasts a spacious ensuite, walk-in robe and vanity nook.
“Being the beachside homes they are, we envisaged that the buyers of these homes prioritise lifestyle, so we wanted to give them a primary bedroom that feels more like a serene retreat within the home,” adds MacQueen.
Each townhouse comes with a rooftop entertaining space complete with a benchtop, barbecue area and bar fridge, as well as sweeping views of the surrounding locale and the ocean. There are private elevators installed in each one, too, offering absolute convenience.

Much to love about Miami
Undoubtedly, the location is the icing on the cake at Harmoni on Hythe. If you’ve ever dreamed of living a hop and a skip from the coast, Harmoni on Hythe lets you do just that: the residences are located just 150 metres from Miami Beach.
This stretch of coastline stands out as particularly beautiful, offering expansive stretches of white sand and wave beaches popular with surfers.
Beyond the beach, there’s lots to love about Miami with dining and drinking spots, including Piccolo Espresso at the beachside end of the street and the perennially popular Miami Marketta night market.
Shopping, parks and playgrounds make it a great place for families while walking and cycling tracks make it appealing for those that like to stay fit -there’s also the sprawling Pizzey Park sporting precinct, which houses an impressive skate park. Not to mention live music venues and breweries nearby perfect for socialising with friends.
Miami is also very central, right next door to Burleigh in close proximity to the Broadbeach dining precinct and Tallebudgera Creek, and just 20 minutes from Gold Coast Airport, along with the rest of the South Gold Coast region.

Despite its abundance of amenities, MacQueen says the suburb is surprisingly laidback.
“Miami is one of those enticing beachside suburbs that has the perfect balance between being quiet and suburban, whilst also being right amongst some of the best dining, markets and shops on the Gold Coast,” he says. “It truly is a unique combination.”
Cam Kusher, economist at PropTrack, explains that the Gold Coast’s appeal doesn’t look to be slowing down anytime soon, with the suburb’s distinctiveness evidently a huge draw.
“The Gold Coast is a growing city. It was always popular but became much more so throughout the pandemic. This is reflected by a huge jump in rental yield for both houses and apartments.”
“With workplaces offering flexibility and it’s proximity to Brisbane and direct flights to Sydney and Melbourne, the city is likely to remain popular.”
MacQueen adds that the area has seen strong rental demand with a 34% annual rent increase for homes in the suburb. “Our rental appraisal suggests rent for a home of this calibre, in such a pristine pocket of Miami, will likely exceed $2000 per week.”

Secure your own slice of Miami
Not only do the residences come with a bevy of luxury design features, amenities, unparalleled beach access and a location close to everything Miami has to offer, but they’re also backed by Highlife Homes’ reputation for quality.
Highlife Homes was launched in 2012 as a building company, before extending to developing in 2014 and sales in 2016. The reason behind the company’s expansion was that the team wanted the highest level of quality control from ideation through to completion and handover.
The fact that everything is done in-house means buyers can enjoy peace of mind knowing their new home is of an incredibly high calibre. Highlife Homes also provide exceptional post-build service and customer care during the warranty period.

“Because we are the developer and builder, buyers know that we are responsible for the warranty, and so they trust that we choose high quality and long-lasting fixtures and complete everything to the highest standard to prevent issues after owners move in,” says James.
“As the builder, we have more responsibility to the buyers than the developer does, because it is the builder who carries the statutory warranty. So buyers also feel more confident in us, that we stand behind the product we’re creating.”
The Harmoni on Hythe townhouses are now complete and ready to move right in.
It’s a decision MacQueen is sure you won’t regret: “Once people move to the beach, it becomes home for life.”
